Charlotte TV featured The Winds Resort Beach Club (10 minutes from Shallotte NC) on their Thursday programing. The video is available for viewing on their website (click here) .
The story was entitled “Oil spill sends some Florida beach goers to North Carolina” and featured footage of the oceanfront pool, some of the guests and star reservationist Beth Turner (we call her Super Beth)!
The Winds is not actively trying to lure people away from other beaches due to the tragic oil spill. However, we are thrilled to be featured in Charlotte News 14 Television story.
Our hearts go out to all of those effected (humans, animal and plant life) and pray the spill is curtailed soon!
